By purchasing a ticket for the Female Leadership Summit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The ticket grants access to the specific event program elements listed in the product description at the time of purchase.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, and schedule without prior notice, while ensuring the quality of the event is maintained.
  3. The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses outside the official event program.
  4. Accommodation is optional and may be booked through partner hotels at preferential rates or independently by the attendee.
  5. In case of postponement, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date. A refund is possible only if the event is canceled or postponed without a new date.
  6. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. 

The only personal data we collect are:
1. Name and surname
2. Email address
3. Billing information required for payment processing

Use of Data:

  1. Your email address may be used for marketing purposes related to the Female Leadership Summit.
  2. All other personal data are stored securely for one year after the event.
  3. Data is never sold, misused, or shared with third parties, except when required by law or for payment processing.

Your Rights:

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

You may request deletion of your data by contacting info@femalenet.org.

Delivery Policy

  1. Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase.
  2. Delivery occurs within a few minutes to 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  3. If you do not receive your e-ticket, contact registrations@femaleleadershipsummit.org.

Statement on Payment and Currency

All payments are processed exclusively in Serbian dinars (RSD).
Prices displayed in EUR are for informational purposes only. Payment is accepted exclusively via VISA, MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode, Maestro, and Dinacard payment cards.

Example:
Price: 12,990.00 RSD
(Approximate price: 110 EUR)

The final amount charged may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rate and card provider’s policies.

During payment card data entry, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in shown currency into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations/your issuing bank. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site and your credit card bank statement. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Return & Refund Policy – Female Leadership Summit

    Thank you for purchasing your ticket for the Female Leadership Summit. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase. By buying a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    1. Refunds

    Refund requests are accepted up to 30 days before the event date, in the amount of 80% of the ticket price (minus any bank fees and processing charges).

    After this period, refunds are no longer available, but you may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge (see Section 2).

    Refunds will only be issued via the same payment method and channel used for the original purchase.

    2. Ticket Transfer

    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant at no additional cost.

    You must send a written request to registrations@femaleleadershipsummit.org no later than 7 days before the event, including the full details of the new attendee.

    3. Event Cancellation by the organizer

    In the event of a full event cancellation, all participants will be offered either a 100% refund of the ticket price or a ticket exchange for the next edition of the event.

    If the event date is changed, all purchased tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund of 80% of the ticket price (request deadline: 14 days from the date of the announcement).

    4. Additional Notes

    The organizer is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred by participants (including travel, accommodation, etc.) in case of cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

    All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to registrations@femaleleadershipsummit.org.

    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the receipt of a complete request.

    📌 Note: This Return & Refund Policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia and applies to all tickets purchased through official sales channels.

    In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, FEMALE NET is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and Dinacard payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the payment card user’s account at the seller’s request.

Currency Conversion

Please note that the final amount charged to your card may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates applied by your bank or card issuer. Any differences arising from exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the cardholder.

Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Form

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product/service.
